During this same time period Attorney Nicholson tried a high profile sexual discrimination claim before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and obtained one of the highest monetary awards for his client ever issued by the Commission.
Since that time period, he has successfully negotiated over one thousand criminal and civil cases to the satisfaction of his clients. His success at trial has remained constant.
